We currently ship to most countries worldwide 🌍

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your location and local postal service. Most orders arrive within 6-12 working days, but this may vary depending on customs and shipping carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • United States: Flat rate of USD$6.50 (Free shipping on orders over USD$60)

  • International: Shipping rates calculated at checkout (Auto Currency Converter)

  • Duties & Taxes: Included in our pricing — no surprise customs fees


Lost or Stolen Packages

We work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. However, once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible if it is reported as not received.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check Your Shipping Address
    Please make sure the address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

  2. Look Around Your Property
    Check your mailbox, porch, behind gates, or with neighbors/building managers who may have accepted it.

  3. Contact the Carrier
    Use your tracking number and reach out directly to the delivery service (USPS, UNIUNI, GOFO, etc.) for the most accurate delivery information.

  4. File a Claim with the Carrier
    If the package still cannot be found, you may file a claim with the carrier for potential compensation.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed Delivered by the carrier. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, it can be reshipped — but additional shipping fees may apply.

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering so we can update it before fulfillment.

Shipping Responsibility Policy

Once your order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the delivery status of the package using the tracking number provided. If you do not have your tracking number, please feel free to reach out to us at support@shoplashbuddy.com — we’ll be happy to provide you with your tracking information, including the local courier tracking details when available.

Please note that we use third-party shipping services and do not have direct contact with local courier companies. For the most accurate updates regarding your shipment, we recommend that you coordinate directly with the local courier handling your package.

In cases where tracking has not been updated or if there are delivery concerns, we will also follow up from our end. However, your cooperation in actively monitoring and reaching out to your local courier is essential.

Please also be aware that in some regions, local couriers may require customers to collect the package from their local post office or branch. It is your responsibility to stay informed about your package’s status and take the necessary steps to receive it.


Delivery Timeframes & Limitations

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates (such as holidays, birthdays, or events), as we rely on third-party shipping carriers who may face unexpected delays due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.
