How do I remove the lashes?
Removing Lash Buddy PRO clusters is quick and painless — and completely safe for your natural lashes.
It depends on how long you've been wearing them:
Short wear (1–2 days): Simply pinch the tip of the cluster and gently pull downward. They should slide off easily.
Longer wear (3–7 days): We recommend the soak method. Soak a cotton pad with an oil-based makeup remover, hold it over your lash line for 30 seconds, then gently slide each cluster off from the outer corner inward. No tugging needed.
Are these lashes reusable?
While designed for single use, some customers do reuse their clusters 2-3 times with proper care.
If reusing, clean gently after each wear and discard if any signs of buildup or deterioration appear.
For optimal hygiene and best results, we recommend using a fresh set for each application.
Are these lashes suitable for sensitive eyes?
Yes, our lashes are made with hypoallergenic materials and are latex-free. (see ingredient list in the next FAQ)
However, if you have extremely sensitive eyes, we recommend doing a patch test first by applying a single cluster on the outer corner of your eye. If you experience any redness, itching, or discomfort, remove immediately and discontinue use.
What are the ingredients in the self-adhesive glue pad?
Our self-adhesive band contains: water (aqua), acrylates/ethylhexyl acrylate copolymer, propylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerin, and octanol/ethylhexylglycerin.
These are all commonly used and safe ingredients in cosmetic adhesives.
We're proud to confirm that our lashes are 100% latex-free and formaldehyde-free, making them suitable for those with sensitivities.
While generally safe for most users, we always recommend a patch test for those with particularly sensitive skin or eyes.

How many clusters do I need for a full set?
For a full set/application, use 5-6 clusters per eye will create a full, natural look (depending on your eye shape you might need less or more).
You can also do a subtle application, use 2-3 clusters at the outer corners for a semi-lifted cateye look.
How do I wash my face while wearing these lashes?

Getting clusters off the board is tricky because if you dont have a tweezers thin enough to get between the lash adhesive and the adhesive on the board, the lash then sticks to itself and the tweezers and is difficult to remove from itself. If you are lucky to get a good cluster off the board, then putting the lashes on is actually easy. I have been wearing my 1st set for 3 days now through washing my face and even repositioning a few of the clusters. They still look great! Love these lashes!!
